2. Authentication

AgentDeploy.cloud uses better-auth to manage user accounts. You may sign in with GitHub or Google. By using these sign-in methods, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies. These providers may collect basic data such as your email address, name, and device information. We only store your email address and display name in our own database.

3. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address (for account management and communication)
• Display name (for personalization, sourced from your OAuth provider)
• OAuth provider identifier (GitHub or Google account ID)

Payment Information

• Billing details are handled entirely by Polar.sh. We do not store payment card data. We retain your Polar customer ID to manage your subscription.

Server Information

• Server name, configuration, and deployment status
• Server IP address and geographic region
• SSH configuration (port, username) — passwords are not stored after setup
• Agent type and integration configuration (tokens stored encrypted)

Usage Data

• Session activity (when you open SSH sessions through our terminal)
• Deployment events and status changes

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process transactions and communicate billing information
• Send important notices, security alerts, and service updates
• Respond to customer support requests
• Monitor and analyze usage to improve the Service

• Infrastructure providers — server hosting to deliver your deployments (we do not disclose which providers we use)
• Payment processors — Polar.sh, for billing and subscription management

• Successors — in the case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, under the same privacy protections

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encrypted data at rest, TLS in transit, short-lived SSH certificates, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take these obligations seriously.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication — issued by better-auth when you sign in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from staying signed in.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and EU member states where our infrastructure and service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Our Service is available to anyone. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
